Handy signals

Even though electronic trading is all the rage these days, trading pits and the usage of open outcry still has a valuable role to play.

If you’ve ever wondered what all the hand signals mean then you might find this article, Making Money Hand Over Fist, from yesterday’s New York Times to be of interest.

Colin,

Interesting article, kinda like signals used in baseball….
BTW I noticed you have some good FX sites in your blogroll. Have you heard of pfxglobal.com? I am not associated with but I think its one of the best FX sites out there. It is run by John Jagerson and Wade Hansen. They have tremendous content on currency pairs including fundamental and technical factors. They produce daily videos which are excellent and they have strategy forums based around FX options, trading systems etc. There is a wealth of information, I learned lots by reading their content.
