Fear Not

The last two months have seen all my time being taken up with the final phases of the project I’ve been working on for the past 18 months at work. These crunch periods are notorious in the gaming industry (and other software development fields). We had our Alpha milestone in mid-May and our Beta milestone is at the end of this month.

It also didn’t help that I moved house about three weeks ago into temporary accommodation until our new house gets completed later this year. When the New Homes Sales number is released next week, just think, one of those just over half a million new homes is mine. If nothing else I’m doing my bit for the US economy, even if I am short the US dollar!

Hopefully after the 4th of July festivities, which currently involves going away on a little holiday to Maryland’s Eastern Shore, normal service shall be resumed and I’ll be back to posting on a regular basis.
